Namco and Capcom fans, band together! Street Fighter producer Yoshinori Ono announced today at the “Street Fighter IV and Beyond” Comic-Con panel that Street Fighter X Tekken is in development for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. This is the very first time these fighting genre staples have come together.
The game runs on the same engine as Street Fighter IV, and classic Tekken characters are making the transition to the Street Fighter universe while keeping their signature moves and art style of the series. Just like in Street Fighter IV, you’ll be fighting in 2D with 3D models. The game ...

Capcom announced that Mega Man Universe, first seen as a trademark, is the name of a new PSN/XBLA Mega Man game. Despite the existence of a trailer, details about the actual game are vague -- the trailer shows stop-motion footage of Capcom characters, including Street Fighter's Ryu and Ghosts & Goblins' Arthur, teaming up with Mega Man in a spontaneously appearing arcade, suggesting that the game itself is a Capcom crossover experience. At one point, a Ryu/Arthur/Mega Man amalgam can be seen!
"This game will break the mold and challenge the conventional wisdom of what a Mega Man game can be," ...

In development since 2008, but an announcement of the game was made just recently – Marvel vs. Capcom 3 made millions of fans happy since its announcement back at Capcom’s Captivate event. The crazy fighter’s first screenshots have been released and it’s looking pretty bad-ass.
Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is currently scheduled for a release next spring and will feature over 30 Marvel and Capcom playable characters. Awesome stuff, indeed.

Capcom themselves is ready to cash-in on this idea as a smörgåsbord of Capcom identities will be entering the world of Lost Planet 2.
If Solid Snake ...

I've seen a lot of players post in comments and on stream chats that they feel Super Street Fighter 4 may not be a big enough of a game to have its own TV spot. Well, CAPCOM just proved everyone wrong with this ad that will start airing today! The ad as you will see employs the artistic style of their print ad campaign and also has an original track by JustBlaze.
What do you guys think? Does it do Super Street Fighter 4 justice and do you think it will convince those who don't want to buy an upgrade to ...
