Both Dormammu (click here to view his profile on Marvel.com) and Viewtiful Joe were announced today with a handful of screenshots for both characters. If you've been following Marvel vs Capcom 3 closely, these two shouldn't be too much of a surprise for you considering all the no-so-subtle hints Capcom has dropped so far, but either way this game is looking hot! Capcom is bringing Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 to Comic-Con this week, and four new fighters are tagging along for the ride. Check out a new trailer featuring Chun-Li, Doctor Doom, Super-Skrull, and Devil May Cry's Trish! Victors to the 2010 San Diego Comic-Con this weekend will be the first to get their hands on the four new additions to the roster of Marvel Vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds. Two of the characters we've fought with before, with Chun-Li being a Street Fighter staple and Doctor Doom appearing as an unlockable boss in the first Marvel Vs. Capcom game and a ...

Marvel vs. Capcom 3 E3 poster, higher quality

Since they aren't a major platform holder and didn't host a press conference during which they announced a truckload of games (here's lookin' at you, kid), you might've forgotten that a little Capcom game called Marvel Vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds was announced a few weeks ago. But, having recently joined the Very Old and Sacred Order of Making Sure Rule 34 on Felicia Never Dies Out, I'm honor-bound to post about it, even if the feline floozy doesn't make an appearance in our little gameplay video up there. Captain America? Puh-lease. Besides from all the boilerplate aesthetic comments ...

This new trailer for Marvel Vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds is a lot like the first one, with two major differences - Dante and Deadpool. These two new characters, revealed via Game Informer last month, are possibly the two closest-matched characters in the series. You want swords, guns, and a wicked sense of humor? Take your pick. As for that fire in the sky at the end, I don't know, Pyron, maybe? Some other character with a misleading fireball effect? Perhaps more will be revealed next week during E3 2010! - Quoted from Kotaku -Please ...

Quietly, in the dark of night, Capcom hand-picked and published new high-resolution stills of Marvel vs. Capcom 3 on their community blog, Capcom Unity. Producer on MvC3, Niitsuma-san also added some neat commentary to each image, giving eager gamers and fans of the series a quick glimpse on what he and his development team have been feverishly working on": We explained before that the theme we're going with in regards to the visuals is "Moving Comics", so we wanted the graphical effects to have that "hand-drawn" feel to it too. If these recent still images are any indication of their progress, Niitsuma-san can ...

The crazy fighter’s first screenshots have been released and it’s looking pretty bad-ass. Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is currently scheduled for a release next spring and will feature over 30 Marvel and Capcom playable characters. Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 Will Be a "Living Comic" With A Deep Story

(Source: Kotaku) It's been ten years since the characters of Marvel's comics and Capcom's video games faced off in a fighting title, so 2011's Marvel Vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds can't come soon enough. The title, which will likely feature more than 30 characters to choose from and feature 3-on-3 tag team fighting, hits the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 in spring 2011. There currently are no plans for an arcade, computer or Wii version of the title, Capcom tells Kotaku. "I'm really excited to be here so that I can share this information with you today," Ryota Niitsuma, the game's ...
